Joana Miodonski

Marine Biologist with a master’s degree in Marine Ecology and Conservation from the University of Algarve. She was part of the FAME (Future Atlantic of the Atlantic Environment) project team from 2010 to 2013, a project on seabirds and their interaction with fisheries. During this period she was also involved in the LIFE MARPRO project and worked as a volunteer at the Quiaios Marine Animal Recovery Center. Currently works in the Regional Direction for Sea Affairs of the Azores.
